It is the intention of Madison County Schools to contract with a vendor(s) to provide a high quality, cost- effective Audiovisual System (AV) solution for our new Agricultural Center. The selected vendor shall furnish a complete audiovisual system including all engineering, project management, installation/removal, labor, supervision, materials, software and hardware equipment, and training for end users. The Agricultural Center will be a multi-purpose center and host livestock shows and other community events and meetings. The proposed audiovisual system must will be used for live broadcasts and the sound must be flexible to be used for full building announcements and also announcements to particular zones. The zones will be defined during the implementation phase. Responses to this RFP should include all cabling for audiovisual components. Attachment B is a map of the Agricultural Center with all equipment locations indicated. Once selected, the AV vendor is expected to immediately work closely with the general contract and electrical contractor prior to the actual installation phase.
