Specifications include, but are not limited to: All work must be coordinated on a job by job basis. Contractor will be asked for a quote at the beginning of a job using the approved labor rate and expected material cost. Contractor must demonstrate substantial experience in undertaking and completing the scope of work required in this solicitation. Floor coverings include, but are not limited to: * Modular Carpet Tiles * Hardwood Flooring * Broadloom Carpet * Vinyl Flooring/LVT * Linoleum/Marmoleum * Quarry Tile * Laminates * Ceramic Tiles * Rubber Base * Cushion * Area Rugs * Resilient * Stone Flooring * Stained Concrete * Other Services, that would include: * Rubber Cove Base Installation * Skim Coating * Removal of Existing Floor * Transactions/Reducers Contractor must perform all flooring related services set forth in the scope of work including removal of all existing flooring, floor repair (where needed), floor preparation to accept new final installation of products. Contractor must be responsible for the hiring and oversight of all professional personnel and trades that may be required to complete the intended project.
