The State seeks proposals for the following: 1. Removal of diffusers and air lines within Lake Carmi. a. Remove all air lines and diffusers from the Lake. b. Rinse air lines and diffusers for future sale or reuse. 2. Deinstallation of compressors and manifolds at Lake Carmi State Park and Patton Shore; landscape restoration. a. Disconnection and removal of electrical lines to the aeration system. b. Removal of aeration equipment including the sheds housing compressors and other equipment. c. Landscaping the disturbed area (seeding, mulching, etc.) to match surroundings. 3. Disposal and/or repurposing of aeration system materials. a. Proposals that include repurposing components (compressors, diffusers, air lines, etc.) to defray costs of removal are encouraged.
