Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PLATFORM SIZE AND CAPACITY: Lift Platform needs to be 6ft wide and 8ft to 10ft deep and have a lift capacity of 5000lbs B. LIFTING ABILITIES: The Lift will need to be able to perform these 2 basic procedures 1. Lift items from ground level to dock height of 4’4” 2. Lift or lower items to dock height, loaded directly onto it from a truck of any standard height. C. OTHER LIFT DETAILS: 1. Must be all weather capable for uncovered outside installation. 2. Lift must have an adjustable bridge/ramp on it to roll items easily onto it from ground level or a truck bed. 3. Any approach ramp needed to load directly from ground level will need to be included in the bid. Ramp should not exceed 60 inches in width or 65 inches in depth. 4. All controls and operating supplies for lift must be included in bid. 5. Lift can be hydraulic or mechanical but must be powered by 3 phase electric power. Requiring no more than 460 volts. D. LIFT INSTALLATIONS: Lift will be installed by the McMinnville Parks & Rec Maintenance Dept. Lift will be mounted directly onto current paved parking lot. While the ground will be leveled for installation, no pit will be dug for the installation of said lift. Bidder may include installation costs in their bid if they deem it to be of added value to final product. E. DELIVERY: Lift must be able to be delivered within 90 days of order. F. FINANCIL REQUIRMENTS: The budget for this project is capped at $15,000
