Specifications include, but are not limited to: The executive search firm shall undertake the following tasks: a. Collaborate with the Office of the Kansas Attorney General to define the specific requirements and qualifications for each attorney position the Office seeks to fill. b. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to attract highly qualified candidates, including passive candidates and those with specialized legal skills. c. Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, legal associations, professional networks, and direct outreach to potential candidates. d. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidate applications, including screening interviews, reference checks, and evaluation of qualifications and experience. e. Present a shortlist of the most suitable candidates to the Office of the Kansas Attorney General for further consideration and interview selection. f. Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate candidate interviews with the OAG Human Resources, and provide support throughout the hiring process. g. Assist in negotiating employment offers and advising on compensation packages, benefits, and other relevant terms. h. Provide regular updates and communication to the Office of the Kansas Attorney General on the progress of the recruitment process.
