Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove existing roofing down to metal decking and dispose of properly Furnish and install all applicable systems for proper roofing to include but not limited to insulation, membrane, necessary flashings and trims. Coping cap and flashing to match are preferred. Wind Test Design (ES-1 material) shall be used Existing sky lights will be put back in place, if applicable All work performed and materials used shall be at manufacturer's specifications, ensuring no leaks Clean, remove, and haul off debris from work performed Final inspection will be required to assure quality of workmanship and that 100% if the job is complete HVAC inspection report will be provided for existing units, once available New HVAC equipment will be installed at the same time, therefore, awarded Contractor will need coordinate with HVAC Installer to ensure proper seal around HVAC unit. Awarded Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, using and removal of equipment needed to access the roof. Placement will be determined at pre-construction and will be placed prior to 8:00 am or after 5:00 pm Mon-Fri, or anytime on the weekends.
