Specifications include, but are not limited to: An offeror must provide a detailed response for each of the following sections: Successful offeror shall fulfill the Data Coordinator position for the North Dakota SOR Grant, including the following: Participate in all SAMHSA-required evaluation and performance data requirements specific to the SOR Grant. Be knowledgeable of all SAMHSA reporting requirements and deadlines specific to the SOR Grant. Review STATE’s SOR application materials, specifically STATE’s SOR strategic plan to guide the collection of data. Work with STATE and the other grantees/vendors funded through STATE’s SOR Grant to ensure all required data for the SOR Grant is collected and reported to SAMHSA. Develop and implement a process for collecting SOR subrecipient data on a monthly basis and a process for reviewing the data to determine sub-recipient progress towards established grant goals. Implement a tracking and data collection plan for reporting STATE’s measurable objectives (pre-, follow-up, and post-grant activities, where applicable), which includes the Government Performance and Results Modernization Act of 2010 (GPRA) designated measures. Plan must, at the very least, include the required performance measures as required by SAMHSA. Participate, as required, in GPRA-related training and technical assistance, including, but not limited to, conference calls, webinars, or other data collection communication activity. Periodically review the performance measures reported to STATE and to SAMHSA, assess progress, and share recommendations with STATE to use this information to improve management of the grant’s projects (report due dates to be determined, aligning with SAMHSA’s reporting requirements). Develop and submit progress reports quarterly, at the midpoint of the grant year, and at the conclusion of the grant to STATE. Reports shall align with SAMHSA specific requirements as well as include project status updates on counts, project barriers, and project milestones. Successful offeror shall inform STATE of any known data or confidentiality breach or other incident involving greater than minimal risk or harm to providers or individuals that may jeopardize the providers, individuals, or other parties involved or place the completion of the project and agreement at risk.
