Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall deliver and install on permanent blocking two gray or tan colored, insulated modular office buildings (12’x60’ / approximately 720 square feet of living space) with bathrooms to the Department of Transportation at 502 Route 302 West, Twin Mountain, NH 03595 with the following specifications: 29.2.1. Each modular office building shall contain: 29.2.1.1. Electrical breaker 29.2.1.2. Heating and cooling system with thermostat 29.2.1.3. Hot and cold water capable 29.2.1.4. Skirting (color shall match building exterior) 29.2.1.5. One Bathroom with toilet, sink 29.2.1.6. Two Private Office Spaces each containing: 29.2.1.6.1. Ceiling light 29.2.1.6.2. Multiple outlets 29.2.1.7. One conference room / common area containing: 29.2.1.7.1. Ceiling light 29.2.1.7.2. Multiple outlets 29.2.1.8. Two entry steps with canopy per trailer: 29.2.1.8.1. Exterior lights at each entrance
