Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Conduct said business as not to interfere with other uses or activities on the property. 2. Open, staff, and operate the concession stand in coordination with activities that the City has scheduled, unless otherwise stipulated by Bentonville Parks and Recreation. 3. Open each day, at least fifteen (15) minutes prior to the first scheduled activity, and shall remain open until the last scheduled activity has concluded, unless otherwise approved by Bentonville Parks and Recreation. 4. Comply with all local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations, orders, guidelines, and/or directions, including, but not limited to, sales tax, payroll tax and the Arkansas Department of Health guidelines regarding food preparation. 5. Maintain and protect the concession building and equipment from damage. 6. Concessionaire is responsible for replacing concession equipment if equipment is damaged outside of normal use wear and tear. Normal wear and tear is defined as unavoidable deterioration in the dwelling and its fixtures resulting from normal use. City equipment cannot be loaned or removed from the park premises without written permission from the Director of Parks and Recreation, or his assignee. 7. Clean premises daily of all debris. 8. Surrender concession premises at the end of each term in the same condition (except for normal wear) as received, including, but not limited to removal of all refuse. 9. Awarded Proposer should be available to begin services by March 1st, 2025.
