Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Medicaid and Medical Assistance (DHSS/DMMA), seeks professional services to procure a web-based Preadmission Screening and Resident Review (PASRR) system that will enable the State to achieve regulatory compliance with federal Medicaid PASRR requirements codified in 42 CFR Subpart C 483.100-138, and that is compliant with State approved browsers and servers. The State wishes to partner with a vendor who demonstrates strong PASRR knowledge and understanding of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services expectations for individuals with PASRR related disabilities who seek admission to Nursing Facilities. In addition to a webbased system, we are seeking qualified Mental Health service staff to perform Level 1.5 clinical review and Level 2 PASRR independent evaluations that meet federal requirements.
