Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Graduation Supplies – (pictures of current examples are provided at the end of this solicitation). All supplies must be manufactured domestically within the continental United States and Lander needs to take receipt of these items six (6) weeks prior to the commencement ceremony each Fall and Spring. Considering the time frame of this solicitation, this date may be negotiable for Fall 2024 at Lander’s discretion. a. Diploma Papers – We typically order five (5) types of Lander customized diploma paper in approximate quantities per academic year as follows: i. Lander College: 10 ii. Lander University no honors: 1,200 (includes all graduate level students and no honors undergraduate). iii. Lander University cum laude: 200 iv. Lander University magna cum laude: 100 v. Lander University summa cum laude: 100 b. Diploma covers – We require two (2) types of diploma cover in approximate quantities per academic year as follows: i. Blue undergraduate: 1,000 ii. Maroon graduate: 500 c. Graduation Regalia* to include caps, gowns, tassels and hoods in various styles with Lander customization in approximate quantities per academic year as follows: i. Bachelor gown – current embroidered logo is 3,980 stitches, approximately 700. ii. Master gown – current embroidered logo is 1,980 stitches, approximately 300. *This regalia is typically ordered individually by students through Lander’s Bearcat Shop campus store. The Bearcat Shop in turn will place orders with the awarded vendor. 2. Graduation Services a. Participation in Lander’s Graduation Fair on Lander campus where students pick up their previously ordered regalia and can get info and place orders for additional items with the awarded vendor such as announcements, diploma frames, rings, etc. We typically have two (2) graduation fairs per academic year (one in Fall, one in Spring). About 70%-85% of graduates attend this fair each term. The total number of graduates per term is determined the week prior to the fair. Participation shall include in person representation by the contractor and assistance with student questions, order placement and general customer service. b. There must also be an option for students who are unable to attend the fair to be able to order the necessary regalia online at a vendor hosted website with Lander branding. 3. Other goods and services – to include items that may be purchased by either Lander or directly by the graduates. a. Potential provision of class rings, pins and other items (non-exclusive)
