Specifications include, but are not limited to: * Items to be included but not limited to: Sheets, pillowcases, bedspreads, blankets, bathmats, dish towels, wash cloths, mattress covers, and any other linen used in the operation of the park. * Laundry will be picked up on Monday before noon and returned to the park on or before the Friday in the same week of pickup by noon. Additional pick-ups may be needed depending on occupancy of facilities. Invoices will be issued to Sam Houston Jones State Park at the end of each month based on laundry report on dry weight. * Contractor shall include all labor, materials and transportation to and from the park in order to launder aforementioned items. All items are property of the Office of State Parks. * Contractor shall provide a sufficient amount of laundry bags or appropriately sized storage containers to accommodate all the spoiled linens until pickup by Contractor. The amount will vary due to difference in outgoing laundry being picked up.
