Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Provide necessary labor, tools, equipment, materials and any required permits and warranties for the installation of 3-zone HVAC unit, new properly sized duct work, diffusers, grilles, and any accessories including but not limited to thermostats, duct mounted smoke detectors, filters, dampers. See Exhibit A for specifications. Bidder to facilitate duct detector tie in with licensed fire protection contractor. • Scope to include the removal and disposal of old duct work. Patching/painting of any holes as a result of unit installation and diffuser/return relocation. • Relocate existing multi-zone exterior condenser units (see section 2b) to allow for failover in the event new system were to be offline. • Bidder to familiarize themselves with utilities including gas and electrical at mandatory site visit. Deliverables • Installed, operational and properly balanced HVAC. • Comfortable living space absent of temperature swings, low air flow, elevated humidity levels and moisture on drywall year-round. • Manuals and documentation for all components of the system. • Testing and commissioning of HVAC system • Provide maintenance and support documents for all components of the HVAC system.
