A. Southside Health Center: Work illustrated in documents applies to a two story building alteration located at 1639 South 23rd Street, Milwaukee, WI 53204. The work includes alterations to the existing toilet rooms, and drinking fountains in the Health Center Building. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Wood doors and hollow metal frames, and door hardware. 2. Custom casework 3. Specialties, Toilet partitions, Toilet accessories, and ADA signage. 4. Interior finishes, acoustical ceilings, gypsum board ceilings, paint, and epoxy floor finishes, terrazzo patching. 5. Fire Protection Modification, Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical work. 6. Construction work shall be phased to allow continued use of the Health Center throughout construction. 7.
