Specifications include, but are not limited to: The WLGOS is seeking residential refuse collection and disposal for its residential housing units AND non-residential refuse collection and disposal. The current equipment/services utilized by WLGOS are as listed below: Three (3) – Eight (8) yard containers that are emptied twice a week (Tuesday & Friday). One (1) – Eight (8) yard container that is emptied six (6) times a week (Food Service Area – Monday - Saturday). Eight (8) – Ninety-Five (95) gallon residential cans emptied weekly. One (1) – Forty (40) yard open top container emptied as needed. Offeror monthly cost shall consist of all labor, transportation, equipment rental charges, materials, supplies, and any other fee’s or surcharges not mention. Sales tax must appear as a separate line item on the invoice. All refuse and recycling must be collected and transported by the offeror in accordance with the rules and regulations of CHAPTER 96, Title 44 – Health, of the South Carolina Solid Waste Policy and Management Act, to include but not limited to US Federal Government laws and regulations.
