Specifications include, but are not limited to: CMD is seeking a qualified firm to provide support for the following services. All proposals must include an itemized budget per project, with the understanding that each Project is individually executable at the recommendation of the Consultant and the discretion of CMD. All proposed solutions and methodologies should adhere to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. CMD currently has all listed projects in a base state of implementation and is requesting support to discover, assess, and evaluate the overall state of configuration and hardening. For each project listed below, the primary technologies and tooling have been listed but may not be inclusive of all possible technologies in use. CMD will consider multiple awards to satisfy the scope of this proposal.
