• Project planning, management, and reporting; • Validation of OMD buildings/sections/components inventory identified in, and at the OMD property addresses located throughout Oregon as specified in Exhibit A to the Sample Contract included as Attachment B to the RFP (the “OMD Facilities”); • Inspection, condition assessment, and rating of the OMD Facilities using BUILDER SMS methodology and the Direct Rating Assessment method in the BUILDER SMS Condition Assessment Manual; • Quality assurance and quality control of data; • Input of data resultant of inventory, condition assessment, and rating of OMD Facilities (the “OMD Assessment Data”); • Accurate population of the BUILDER SMS database via creation and remote integration of BUILDER SMS Remote Entry Database (“BRED”) files; and • Validation of inventory and condition assessment data transmission through integration of BRED files into the BUILDER SMS database.
