The Washington State Department of Enterprise Services (Enterprise Services), in collaboration with the State of Oregon, is issuing this Competitive Solicitation pursuant to RCW 39.26. Pursuant to this Competitive Solicitation, Enterprise Services intends to conduct a competitive procurement to establish and award multiple Cooperative Purchasing Agreements (“Cooperative Purchasing Agreements” or “Contract(s)”), by specified categories, for Washington state agencies, Oregon Cooperative Purchasing Program (ORCPP) Members, and other eligible purchasers to purchase certain specified types of prefabricated and modular bridges (Vehicle, Weathered Steel Trail, and Fiberglass Trail (collectively “Prefabricated and Modular Bridges”) that meet codes and regulations from agencies having jurisdiction.
