The design consultant shall lead project development that will bridge replacement of the Soap Box Canyon Bridge. Stage submittals will consist of Scoping Document, Stage III and IV. The scope of work shall also include: • Review of available record drawings (Field Survey will be provided by county) • Production of a Materials Design Report if needed • Perform necessary utility investigations, right-of-way determinations and NEPA documentation to obtain utility, rightof-way and environmental clearances. The consultant shall provide packages in each stage submittal which includes plans, specifications and estimates for construction. The design consultant shall also provide necessary project management tasks including coordination, meetings, project schedule updates and comment responses. Document retention, project schedule, and risk register updates within the Workfront platform will be required.
