CDD/EPNR is seeking a professional on-call service to complete the following in such a manner to satisfy Tribal and federal standards, as well as evaluate whether proposed development projects will have significant impact on the cultural resources of the Community. Services that may be required under this contract include, but are not limited to: • Cultural resource surveys (Class I, Class II, and Class III) • Archaeological monitoring, testing, and data recovery • Laboratory analysis of artifacts and samples • Sensitive treatment of human remains under NAGPRA and tribal guidelines • Assistance with repository and collections management • Historic architecture documentation • Archival research and data synthesis • Development of cultural resource management plans • ARPA damage assessments • Emergency salvage excavations • Archaeological site stabilization and restoration • Cell tower reviews and compliance paperwork • Review of cultural resource studies, proposals, and MOAs submitted by outside firms or agencies • NEPA compliance and documentation • Osteological analysis • Coordination with, and activities in support of, the Tribal Historic Preservation Office • Clean Water Act compliance (submittal of Notices of Intent to EPA, storm water pollution prevention plan [SWPPP] preparation) • Dust control planning and compliance
