Consultant shall prepare Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments and Reevaluation documents or other services for INDOT projects. Includes all necessary work to complete NEPA requirements. Consultant will prepare any part or section of an INDOT written NEPA document, to include but not limited to: Air quality, Noise, Ecological studies, Environmental justice, Section 4(f), Section 7, Early Coordination, and Red Flag Investigations. Additionally, the consultant shall conduct professional public outreach and marketing services that include but not limited to Public Information Meetings, Open Houses, Project Hearings, and other public outreach activities as needed. All On-Call contracts are on an as-needed basis and there is a possibility that no assignments will be made. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
