Specifications include, but are not limited to: KU is soliciting electronic bids from well-qualified suppliers to provide an inverted Spinning Disk Confocal Microscope with perfect focus, 25 mm field of view, 15,000 rpm spinning disk capability, DIC/TIRF/FRAP modalities, 7 laser lines and high magnification objectives for use by the Microscopy and Analytical Imaging Research Resource Core Laboratory. The awarded supplier(s) will provide a plug-and-play motorized system with automated acquisition and a simple user interface. The awarded supplier(s) will provide one year warranty on the product, parts and accessories, at least one year of services and support (in-person and remote), including instrument installations, configurations, training, optimization, software licenses and upgrades. The awarded supplier(s) will perform at least one preventive maintenance during the one-year of purchase.
