Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Living Lab is intended to be a mixed-use facility in the Arts and Innovation (A&I) District, combining physical space for the public, entrepreneurs, students, faculty, and city staff to execute the program. Additionally, it should provide the premier experience of living, working, and playing in Myrtle Beach. With the goal of business development and expansion, the facility should represent the best that Myrtle Beach has to offer – a home for our entrepreneurial community, amazing views, space for social activity, modern retail opportunities complimentary to the district, the best of technology integration, and more. Firms with the experience, expertise, and resources to design such an integrated facility within the A&I District are invited to respond to this Request for Information (RFI) by e-mailing this completed application to asowers@cityofmyrtlebeach.com no later than Friday, August 16, 2024 at 2:00PM (local time.)
