Specifications include, but are not limited to: TFN seeks an experienced vendor for planning, technical assistance/coaching and facilitation services to its equity coalition in collaboration with the two TFN co-facilitators. Coalition participation is voluntary including paid staff and volunteers (average 25 attendees from 15 organizations/session). Members have different levels of understanding and experience in terms of history, practice and pedagogy. Meetings are 9-11am in-person on these first Friday dates in Easton, MD. October 4, 2024; November 1, 2024; December 6, 2024; January 3, 2025; February 7, 2025; March 7, 2025; April 4, 2025; May 2, 2025; June 6, 2025; The priority of the FY25 coalition series is on process first (how to implement/foster organizational change) and then equity content, based on member input. With planning support from the consultant, TFN facilitators will lead 5 sessions on organizational culture and organizational change as relates to equity and anti-racist initiatives. The consultant will lead 4 sessions providing participants with hands on experiences to build their personal skills and toolbox for facilitation. The consultant will provide 12-15 hours of technical assistance office hours to coalition members in small groups of up to 5 members. TFN’s total FY25 budget for this project is $18,750
