Specifications include, but are not limited to: Salt Lake Community College (SLCC) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the repair or replacement, and commissioning of submeters at the Redwood, Jordan, and South City Campuses. There are 3 bid areas on this project, which are broken down by each campus. The contractor is to bid on each separately, there is not a base bid. This project aims to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability efforts by optimizing existing utility submetering systems across all campuses. The contractor will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the meters, with a list provided by SLCC. This analysis will include testing, calibration, and optimization to ensure accurate measurement and monitoring of consumption. The contractor will also repair or replace any faulty submetering equipment identified during their analysis. The analysis is only to cover the scope of identified meters in tables provided under bid area’s 1, 2, and 3.
