Specifications include, but are not limited to: Prepare, deliver and present a detailed written Feasibility Study to the Shawnee County Department of Public Works and Board of County Commissions concerning a possible replacement for the existing 110’ Marsh Arch bridge and to identify and prioritize alternate bridge approach alignments, and creek and railroad crossing locations with consideration given to overall cost, right-of-way needs, vertical clearance requirements, utility relocation needs, State and Federal permitting requirements and future maintenance needs. The study report shall summarize study findings and recommendations and briefly discuss environmental impacts of the project and proposed alignment changes as required by the National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA).
