Specifications include, but are not limited to: o The project scope consists of establishing a construction boundary and tree protection, selective demolition and disposal (on-site) of the existing bunkers, turf, and other items per plan; construction of a new bunkers utilizing the Better Billy Bunker method (including shaping, base preparation, drainage, placement of aggregate, application of pervious polymer, placement of sand), shaping of perimeter outside bunker(s) per plan, irrigation and landscape repairs due to disturbance by this work. o Contractor to regularly coordinate and work with project Golf Designer to properly layout each work area and bunker boundary. o Contractor to regularly coordinate with Golf Course Superintendent regarding limits of work (as golf course play will be ongoing throughout construction) construction access route(s), irrigation isolation, salvage & repair, fertilization and grassing, and onsite disposal of demolished materials. o Demobilization and Cleanup.
