Specifications include, but are not limited to: demolition of 2 existing concrete tennis courts, grading, landscape and tree demo, 5” aggregate base, 5.25” thick post-tension concrete slab with ½” cable, net sleeves, acrylic tennis court surfacing, court striping, drainage improvements, sidewalk, CMU retaining wall, and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a Nevada Licensed Engineered design for the post-tension concrete, any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
