The City of Gresham invites qualified firms or individuals to submit proposals to provide professional consulting services as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The City of Gresham is taking a holistic look at our urban tree policies and procedures and is seeking a municipal arborist (or similarly knowledgeable and experienced professional) to provide technical assistance. The primary components of the anticipated scope of work for the municipal arborist include technical assistance in the creation and evaluation of alternative approaches to updating the city’s tree code, evaluation of draft tree code update language, and the creation of a user-friendly city tree guidebook, including an update of the City’s approved tree species lists.
