Specifications include, but are not limited to: This request is for the Capitol Mall and Chinden Campus annual fire system inspections and testing. This is for the required annual testing of ALL fire related systems in the Capitol Mall CM buildings and eight Chinden buildings. These inspections are for employee safety and ensuring all systems are compliant with local, state, and national fire safety codes. The service requested is to inspect and tests; audible alarms, smoke detectors, pull stations as well as fire sprinklers and the fire pumps that serve the sprinkler lines. Testing must be completed by September 3rd. This exemption will ensure the testing is completed and the State is in compliance with all laws and regulations. The cost is for one year and will require a competitive solicitation be created this fiscal year.
