The disposal of any materials must comply with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. 7) Dismantle and dispose of the 100’ tall monopole on site. The disposal of any materials must comply with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. a) This includes all antennas and feed lines. b) All feed lines are disconnected from the source. Stub cable is still present on the outside of shelter but no known connections. 8) Remove and dispose of concrete slab foundation of the monopole, as follows: a) Remove slab completely or to a minimum depth of 18 inches below the existing grade. b) Backfill the slab area with clean fill dirt. c) The disposal of any materials must comply with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. 9) Remove and dispose of the four (4) concrete piling foundations for the old fire tower on the site, as follows: a) Remove pilings either completely or to a minimum depth of 18 inches below the existing grade. b) Backfill the piling areas with clean fill dirt. c) The disposal of any materials must comply with any applicable local, state, or federal regulations. 10) Grade the entire site to match how it now appears...
