Specifications include, but are not limited to: [Quantity 10] - Multi-language and multiple-user hand-held devices that are user-friendly and will allow for simultaneous Artificial Intelligence translation and interpretation at in-person meetings and other City sponsored events open to the public. The minimum requirements for each devices are: 1. Provide translation of multiple languages, using automated technology, and be used my multiple users simultaneously. Specify the device’s connection capabilities (wired or wireless). 2. All devices should include compatible charging device if needed to maintain functionality. 2. Include necessary training documentation, user instructions, and information regarding maintenance schedule and help line in the event of technical difficulties. 3. The devices shall meet the industry standard of 99.99% performance and maintain user-friendly functionality. 4. Users should have the option to select their preferred language for translation through a drop-down menu or other choice selection process. 5. City of New Orleans Staff loaning out the devices should be able to report technological issues to an accessible portal and have issues resolved in a timely manner. 6. City of New Orleans Staff and individuals requesting language or interpretation services who utilize one of the devices should be able to provide feedback on accuracy of translation at the end of each utilization period through optional survey or other feedback form. 7. Data should be collected by the device for specific metrics (frequency of device use, length of session, languages translated, etc). Data should be accessible to designated City of New Orleans Staff in an appropriate format (i.e. xlsx or csv) All devices should include a minimum 12-month warranty. Please submit copy with quote.
