Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract is to engage a successful proponent to support and enhance the Peoria Park District's current marketing initiatives and work with staff to develop and implement a comprehensive annual marketing strategy for the contract term. This strategy will be focused on enhancing the District's branding, reach, and engagement across multiple platforms and target audiences. The strategy should include the following elements: Development of overarching branding and communication strategies including annual media plan & budget focused on traditional media, digital marketing, and website communications.
