Transformer Backup Overcurrent Relay: Microprocessor-based multifunction overcurrent relay. Relay shall be Schweitzer SEL-751. Transmission Line Relay: Microprocessor-based multifunction distance relay. Relay shall be Schweitzer SEL-311C. Power Quality Meter: Microprocessor-based multifunction power revenue and quality meter. Device shall be Schweitzer SEL-735. Lockout Relays: Electroswitch Series 24, no substitutions. 48 V DC trip coil, hand reset. For each relay provide quantity of contact decks indicated on the Drawings. Auxiliary Equipment: Universal Mounting Brackets: Arranged inside relay panels for mounting and wiring auxiliary devices; located to allow access to the back of the equipment mounted on front of panels.
