Specifications include, but are not limited to: The report will cover program years July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2030 and will need to address the city’s goals for the next five years, including information on our Citizen Participation Plan, Housing and Homeless Needs, Housing Market Analysis, Strategic Plan, Action Plan, Monitoring, Certifications, Needs Worksheets, Project Worksheets, Summaries Worksheets, as well as the Goals Worksheets. In conjunction with the 5-Year Consolidated Plan, the first annual report will also need to be submitted. The first annual report will address projects covering the July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 program year. This report will need to be prepared using the Consolidated Plan Management Process (CPMP) tool, which can easily be obtained at the following web address: http://www.hud.gov/offices/cpd/about/conplan/toolsandguidance/cpmp/index.cfm
