Specifications include, but are not limited to: Action: Proposal Training and Mentoring • Understand the unique proposal processes and cycles of current public charter school authorizers in the state. • Provide direct training and mentoring to proposal applicants as they embark on the charter authorization process. Action: Pre-operational Training and Mentoring • Provide direct training and mentoring to newly authorized public charter schools as they move through their pre-operational phase to a successful opening. Anticipated Time Commitment: • 5-10 personalized hours per proposal or applicant group during their journey through the proposal and application process. Meetings may be conducted virtually or in person. • Each newly authorized charter school should receive pre-operational training combined with individualized mentoring totaling 10-20 hours. Training sessions may be conducted individually or with multiple pre-operational schools meeting at the same time and may be conducted in person or virtually. • Pre-operational school mentoring sessions should be conducted individually with schools. Mentoring sessions may be conducted in person or virtually. Project Budget and timeline • The FIRM FIXED PRICE for this contract will not exceed $45,000.00
