Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall supply STA with various sizes of hoses and fittings as listed on the Price Proposal form (Attachment D, Part 4). Contractor shall clearly mark bins with part number and description of each item, along with a picture for uncommon items; B. Contractor shall determine the minimum and maximum (min/max) stocking levels for each part number based off average usage as determined in Attachment D, Part 4 and shall be reviewed and adjusted by the Contractor on a quarterly basis. The min/max shall be clearly marked on the bin for the associated part number; C. Contractor shall supply hose racks and fittings bins and shall stock them in a timely manner according to the min/max levels established by the Contractor. D. Hoses and fittings shall be Weatherhead brand or approved equal. Sizes vary from 1/8” to 1 1/8” but are not limited to those sizes; E. Contractor shall pay all costs of inbound freight and deliver all hoses and fittings to Spokane Transit Authority, 1229/1230 West Boone Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201, and/or any future STA facility as required by STA. Delivery shall include placement of hoses on racks and fittings in bins supplied by Contractor; F. Contractor shall buy back, at prices sold to STA, any overstock or obsolete hoses and/or fittings as determined by the STA at any time during the contract; and G. Contractor shall keep the STA Vehicle Maintenance Manager up to date on all emerging issues, trends, and problems related to the hose and fittings industry
