The purpose of this Scope of Work is to describe the requirements for the reconstruction of a retaining wall located at 101 Star Avenue, Bisbee, Arizona, Assessor Parcel #10359161A. This retaining wall is located along the north side of the drainage channel. A portion of the wall failed during an extreme precipitation event on July 29, 2024. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to perform the repairs detailed on the plans, including excavation and removal of debris from the failed retaining wall, construction of the new footing, reinforced concrete retaining wall, slotted drainpipe with filter sock, chain link fence, yard drain and restoration of all disturbed areas. The portion of the retaining wall that will be replaced measures 44’ in length and 8’ in height. The project will be paid as a lump sum bid.
