NetSuite platform, time tracking and reporting platform which will provide the Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division, the following functionality: • Ability to perform employee time tracking and reporting. • Ability to perform employee time and budget estimates to actual comparisons. • Ability to produce reports. • Ability to budget projects by type of project, auditor, and task, and manage projects (for example track actual hours, generate reports, edit tasks, and staff assignments) • Ability to access and use the system remotely, in a secure manner that protects the integrity of the data • Ability to customize system to meet the needs of the division. • Ability to import and export approximately 700 projects (both current and completed) data from and into a new solution/system.
