Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of Clackamas County (HACC) requests proposals from qualified and experienced individuals, firms, or teams (“Proposers”) to assist HACC with On-Call Relocation Services on an “as needed” basis related but not limited to, the rehabilitation of affordable housing units and disposition of public housing units. HACC has an ongoing need for relocation services to support HACC and its staff. Participate in community/neighborhood meetings as required by HACC. Cooperate with other agencies, including social service providers, as directed by HACC. At HACC direction, contract with other professional service providers and consultants to support the relocation project. Provide status reports of relocation project progress at regular intervals as required by HACC.
