Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Construction Management firm chosen shall be responsible for the following: 1. Attend meetings of the DPW Building Needs Committee throughout the remainder of the design process up until such time as the construction plans have been completed and the project specifications are finalized. Thereafter, the CM shall attend regular construction meetings with assigned Town staff and design team members, to include pre-bond, pre-construction, weekly construction and post-construction meetings as needed. 2. The Construction manager shall assist the owner and design team with performing design review, identifying the pre-fabricated metal building manufacturer, design progress cost ,estimating, value engineering suggestions and a pre-bond preliminary Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) by December 31, 2024.
