Existing equipment is a Castle 3533 located at 2725 Waimano Home Road, Pearl City, Hawaii 96782, Room 2525. Replacement autoclaves shall be new and meet the following requirements: 1) New unit must fit in existing unit’s footprint approximately 55” by 55”. This is the total space available for the unit inclusive of any space required to service the unit after installation. Unit is in a partially enclosed area where the opening face is roughly 6’ tall and 40” wide. Modifications to the opening are allowable but shall be the responsibility of the Contractor if required. 2) New unit must have a minimum chamber size of 20” by 20” by 36”. 3) New unit must include a printer that prints out the following information for each run: a) Date b) Cycle/Run number c) Cycle Start time and End time. d) Set point parameters (temperature, cycle time, etc.) e) Temperature, pressure, and other information once per minute and at cycle phase change f) List of all faults and warnings that occurred during the cycle. g) Cycle completed successfully or failed/aborted
