The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: Draining and lowering of lake as needed to complete the removal of accumulated silt and sediment along with the grading of sideslopes. Installation of erosion control BMPs. Traffic control. Lake drainage/groundwater control (pumping). Removal of silt and sediment. Grading of sideslopes and shoreline per contract drawings. Installation of grassing/mulch on areas disturbed by construction activity. Remove and reinstall fountain and plumbing including electrical. The silt, sediment, debris and soil removed from the site is to be take off the property by the contractor. All costs associated with the removed material including hauling and final disposition are the responsibility of the contractor.
