Two (2) stainless steel or copper ground pads, NEMA standard 2- hole, shall be provided on the base on diagonally opposite corners. 5.6 All surfaces of the equipment to be painted shall be thoroughly cleaned by sandblasting or other methods and then painted in accordance with referenced standards.
