Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Department of Idaho State Police, through the Idaho Division of Purchasing (“DOP”), is requesting Proposals from qualified Vendors for the purchase of Disposition Recovery; The ISP is seeking to identify opportunities to improve the accuracy and completeness of the records in its Computerized Criminal History (CCH) System. ISP has recognized a need to develop a CCH data quality dashboard program as the first step in that effort. The ISP is requesting an assessment of the data currently residing in the CCH system, resulting in data-quality metrics that will highlight specific problem areas and provide recommendations to remediate them over time. The assessment and metrics will primarily focus on missing dispositions and the aging of open arrests that have not been updated with a prosecutorial or court disposition. The analysis will also produce an assessment of data anomalies—records that appear to be outliers, that may or may not be accurate. These results will be presented in clean, intuitive graphical user interfaces via a web browser. Graphs and charts will be incorporated where practical, with the ability to drill-down to more detailed data.
