Specifications include, but are not limited to: PHASE I o Compile and analyze water usage reports: Meet with appropriate staff members to obtain background information regarding existing water production and usage. Compile all necessary information from the Town regarding current water production and usage. This information would include but is not limited to current allocation, hydrogeologic reports, construction documents and logs, pumping test records, withdrawal reports, and any associated correspondence by each water source. Organize all background information provided by the Town for evaluation. Develop a comprehensive report containing all the information provided by the Town. o Project future water demands: Utilize all available information to estimate current and future water demands based on the Town's population projections. Develop a comprehensive report analyzing the Town’s future water demands PHASE II 1. The consultant will be required to: o Undertake the Groundwater Appropriation Permit application process: Coordinate with the Town Planner to prepare and submit GAP application materials to MDE.
