Contractor is to review and list any discrepancies to the following make, model, and/or serial numbers of equipment found at the site(s). 7. On a quarterly basis the Contractor will perform maintenance, including changing filters, fan belts, water treatment chemicals, compressor oil, cleaning rags, oil, grease, and refrigerant, etc. During the bid walk vendors must inspect the equipment and verify the list of equipment to be serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
