Include: o The user’s experience locating facilities providing treatment services. o The user’s experience locating different types of treatment services they may require. o How the user would locate age-specific programming. o How your agency would identify treatment providers who accept a particular type of insurance. • Describe how the platform will offer patients a place to share reviews and information about their experiences with a provider. • Describe how the platform will be creating the “treatment comparison” portion of this platform, the frequency that this will be updated, and how treatment providers will be compared. • Describe the security, safety, and privacy features to be utilized including ensuring customer reviews are appropriate for public viewing. • Describe how providers will be encouraged to apply. • Describe the how the data will be shared with Department of Health Services.
