Specifications include, but are not limited to: COPE OF WORK: 1. Conduct a thorough assessment of the current HVAC system and provide recommendations for installation of a HVAC system. 2. Cap existing incoming ductwork to the area and utilize existing ductwork in this space to deliver the HVAC to the three identified areas. 3. Design and install a new HVAC system that meets the heating and cooling requirements of the (3) spaces. a. Option 1: Install (1) unit a. Areas will be zoned for tenants to adjust heating and cooling temperatures in their spaces. b. Option 2: Install (2) units. (no zoning of areas) a. Areas Green & Pink is served by (1) unit (6,413 sq/ft) b. Area Blue is served by (1) unit. (5,510 sq/ft) 4. Ensure the new system is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. a. The heating element of the unit is electric; no natural gas is available in this space. 5. Provide a detailed timeline for project completion, including milestones and meeting the deadlines. a. Green & Pink area need installed within 30 days b. Blue area deadline November 1, 2024 6. Include a comprehensive maintenance plan for the new HVAC system(s).
