The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide Environmental Services including permits, Topographic Survey Data Collection, Geotechnical Services, Road design and plan development, Right of way plan development including title research, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Engineering, and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required such as archeological and/or historical/architectural investigations, and subsurface utility engineering. INDOT will provide real estate services for this project. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize the INDOT eInvoice application.
